My 17 year old son fell for the "free trial". He had no idea that it would automatically renew after the initial 30 days. When I realized what had happened, I cancelled the subscription. I also asked that the 2 months he was charged for (and never utililzed, per the rep) be refunded. I was told that they couldn't facilitate that. Even after I explained that my minor son did it without any consent from an adult. Based on their own Terms of Agreement, it clearly states that you must be 18 or older to subscribe. I am hoping they reconsider the decision and refund his money.
