Heywood Morgan
Victim blaming.Poor customer service and no refund.

I signed up to watch the World Series on 10/27. The site had a free trial for 24 hrs. I canceled the next day. On 10/30 I reactivated my account. That evening before the game I checked the TV app. It wasn’t working, the phone app said I didn’t have an account and then that my password was incorrect, so I called customer service. I was told I had set up 2 accounts and he’d never seen that before. Same email, same payment method. He said he’d cancel 1 of the accounts. The following day $85.98 was taken from my account. My app told me that I had a free trial that would be canceled on 11/7. I called 11/3 to cancel and issue a refund. Was told that would happen but 5 days later, no refund. Called again on 11/9. They had my email and asked for the last 4 numbers of the card used to purchase. Was told he couldn’t do anything but would escalate the ticket. Then received an email essentially blaming me for not reading all the fine print, telling me not to call again because no agent would be able to help me. No refund would be coming but I could call if I want to sign up again. Surely, they jest. I paid $85.98 for 5 days of programming. Outrageous behavior from this company.
