If they had a zero rating they would get it. On 10/8/28 I was attempting a free preview of the service to cut the cord with my cable company. Pressed FREE TRIAL and got a full charge of $88.98 for a month. Spoke with their Bot online in an ongoing loop, and I have already spoken to 2 customer service reps this morning for a total of 1.5 hours. No one is willing to help me other than cancel my service effective 11/8/23, which is not what I want. If they even looked at my account they would see I never even chose my channels and never used the service. I'm simply trying to get my money back for what I thought was a free trial when I pushed a FREE TRIAL button and then found out I was being charged almost $90 a month. They say I had an account back in 2018 which I have no recollection of whatsoever so I wasn't eligible for the free trial. They say I was informed of this but I don't recall seeing it. I'm thinking it should not have let me press the FREE TRIAL button if I had an account previously. Just a way to get the more money from a retired old lady. They say I can use the service until 11/8/23, but I wouldn't choose FUBOTV now when I cut the cord with my cable company if it WAS free. Horrid customer service.
