I signed up for a trial subscription to watch the cowboy- cardinals football game today. I received an email saying that even though it was out of market, I could still watchetc, Which turned out to be false advertising. I called twice to ask for assistance. And both reps kept asking me the same questions over and over again and would not transfer me to a supervisor. When I confirmed that I could not watch the game in my area, I called the third time and canceled my trial.On a scale of 1-10, I would rate the company and their customer service as a 0 and would rate them even lower. Their customer service reps are sorely lacking in people skills and rude.
