Your customer service personnel two different women were extremely unprofessional and rude to me. The last woman that was suppose solve the problem didn't resolve my issues. She stated it was my fault for the double charges something about account email linking. She was not listening to the issues of texasturf doube charges attempts and was very incompetent. I told her several times clearly that the account was updated thru your email to me clicking on the orange box and updated payment info. Under the profile there was a different email and the account was operating fine and everything was in order. She didn't listen and was quick to cancel the active account under pkmadden. Mess had to be cleaned up on my part calling my cc company to reactivate account. I called in a second time and had the texasturflandscape account cancelled correctly. I wasted a lot of time on this.
