They want me to wait 24-48 hours for a specialist to look at my account. When I nicely tell them I would like to speak to a supervisor they decline and won’t let me. When I tell them I would rather get another streaming service than wait 24-48 hours they don’t care. Interesting business model.Edit: As you can see from their reply.
