I signed up for a 7-day free trial via their website. I never got a confirmation email. But the account was set up. My credit card was then charged the next day for the full monthly subscription amount. I contacted container service and was never given an option to speak to a customer service rep. The automated system allowed me to cancel and request a refund, but I have zero in writing confirming this. My account shows cancelled when I try to log, but I now have to take it on faith that they will refund the charge to my credit card in something like 10-14 days. It’s a super shady system.
