If I could give negative 10 stars I would! I signed up for the free 7 day trial because my son wanted to watch the game. I cancelled within the cancellation time frame(I have my emailed confirmations of cancellation). Several days after I cancelled they continued to try and collect funds out of my account causing me to incur return payment fees. Finally on Jun 22, 23 five whole days AFTER I cancelled they took $122 out of my checking account. I had to come out of character argue and curse out a rep who kept telling me I will not be refunded. The line hung up and I called and got a supervisor to initiate my refund. The supervisor Richard was very nice used common sense and refunded my money. However I would not utilize their streaming service because of the cancellation policy, systems and protocols in place regarding cancels.
