Hello, Fubo tv has great service but there customer service is horrible when you try to update your credit card on the website and over the phone through the automated and those options fail they leave you hanging I might have to cancel this account and start a new one all over and loose what i have on the dvr and everything it's terrible. They say it's a security risk if they take the credit card information from customer but companies been doing that for how many years now 1970s into the 2000s come on especially if the technology fails you guys gotta help customers and don't leave them hanging.
