These do not taste good at all, primarily apple as the main ingredient. On day one, I had a headache by the evening. Day two was worse; I was unwell all day. I thought it might not have suited me, but my partner also felt the same way while doing the 3-day cleanse. I personally wouldn't recommend it, but everyone has different experiences.
