Very friendly and patient over the phone. They advertised an average call-out time of 45 minutes, but it took over two hours. When they finally arrived, the technician was nice and efficient. Draining the tank took about 20 minutes. I was at a petrol station but not near a working diesel pump, so I opted for the £20 fuel option just to reach a functioning pump. My vehicle's full tank capacity is 70 litres, and I managed to get 64 litres after they provided what they considered £20 worth. The pump price would have given me only 13 litres for that amount. I understand some markup but felt it was excessive. Total cost was £290—a very costly mistake.
