I would give negative stars if possible. I purchased several items and faced immediate issues with unclear instructions and missing parts. Customer service was unhelpful, only available via email, and they failed to respond in a timely manner. I ultimately had to resolve the assembly on my own and returned another piece due to poor quality. This company clearly lacks quality control.
