Steve, our account manager, really makes the fulfillment process so much easier. As a first time user of a 3PL I had many questions in the beginning and Steve always had all the answers. Being from South Africa, there's a 6/7 hour time difference, however Steve will always answer when he's available. We had no complaints from our KS customers and all orders are delivered on a timely manner. Their dashboard easily integrated with our shopify store. Very happy!
