I can't say enough good things about Steve Schwab and the Fulfillrite team. Despite their being a large company and me being a small account, they were incredibly responsive, attentive, patient, and helpful to me throughout the entire fulfillment process, and it seemed to me that, in their eyes, I was just as important to them as their bigger customers. Every time I texted or emailed Steve, he got back to me within an hour, and in most cases, he responded within minutes. He went out of his way on numerous occasions to help me with orders that got stuck in customs and to guide me through their online ordering system. With Fulfillrite, I never felt alone. And for a small crowdfunding creator like myself who had never dealt with international book orders before, that has meant the world to me. My loyal backers could not stop singing "my" praises (really Fulfillrite's!) because of "how well I packaged the books," and they frequently told me that I had "set the gold standard for how expensive RPG products should be packaged and cared for by a third-party company."
