I ordered 5 boxes from this company and only 3 arrived. When I reached out, they told me it wasn’t their fault and that I’m not eligible for a refund even though it was their packaging that caused this issue. I then went to their Instagram and commented under their posts for future customers to know about their lack of customer service and poor packaging, to only find 2 other girls who’ve experienced the same thing. After commenting under their posts to share my experience, I realize a couple hours later that they removed the bad reviews and limited comments. This is not how a company should run, they then blocked me after pointing this out to them through DM.
