Company responded on 13 January saying they were referring issue to the customer services department. No response received by 19 January.I SHOULD ADD: I opened and examined the product when the offer to keep it was increased to 20%. I found it had a small but obvious MARK on the front, CONTAMINATION with what appears to be small animal HAIRS like a cat, AND, the item showed evidence of a MANUFACTURING DEFECT. I sent photos of these points to the company.
