I read on this string that a fellow ripped-off Funbibi buyer's credit card company credited them for the purchase amount and then reversed their credit when Funbibi submitted their challenge. I saw the Funbibi challenge to Mastercard and they provide a link to their "no returns" policy; however, I provided Mastercard with a screenshot of the Funbibi ad that prominently denotes "Free Returns - Free Global Shipping" and pointed out that they broached their promise. And, I included a link to this very "TrustPilot" forum. Don't give up. It just takes some extra work to provide your bank with the screen shots and a detailed problem description letter. I intended to post my letter and photos to Mastercard but unfortunately this forum does not have a document/photo upload utility otherwise I would - that is how strongly I feel about being ripped off by any company, let alone from China where they evidently have no code of ethics with regard to their marketing photos having and semblance to the actual product that you will receive - let alone not observing that an Asian size "Large" is comparable to an American size "Medium. Even if the product wasn't a low quality insult/joke it wouldn't even have fit. Good luck - hope this helps someone else.
