Yes, this place is a scam. It takes a few weeks to get the item which I kinda expected. The shirts I bought were not as described. I contacted them for a refund. They make you send photos of the items. They keep offering you a discount on a future order instead of a refund. Finally they just flat out said: "DearI was told by our Financial manager that Our account has been frozen due to a lot of transactions recently. The manager is currently dealing with this issue.All refunds will be postponed for a period of time.So sorry for the inconvenience. Your understanding is highly appreciated". Even if they did offer a refund, you have to ship it to China at your own expense. The cheapest shipping I could find was $35. Also, I'm going to report them to the FTC. From what I can find, it's illegal to sell clothes in the US without having a tag stating the material and country of origin. The ones they sent had neither. I did do a charge back through my credit card company and got my money back. It's better than having to ship it back. Don't waste your time with Funbibi.
