The customer service is horrible

The customer service is horrible. I ordered a item and it was 3 weeks of nothing. When I emailed them regrading it. I was told that item is no longer available. The item is still to this day showing online as its in stock. When I asked why is the item still online as not sold out I was told that have to many orders coming in and they don't have time to check to see what is available or not. Meaning people are ordering stuff that they might never get. Then when I asked for a refund they stated their accounts are frozen so they cant give a refund right now, and that i have to wait or I have to wait or pick something else online.
