ordered 3 pairs of pants for my husband’s birthday. They were described on the Funbibi web site as made of cotton. But they are not. They are made of cheap see-through and smelly synthetic fabric. Conveniently, they do not have a fabric content/care tag which I believe is illegal for clothing sold in the US. I contacted customer service via email to return them and request a refund. They asked me to wend pictures of the items. Here is the email I received:!Dear Customer,We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please take some pictures of the real item you received and send to us?Please hang up the item(s) and take pictures clearly to show the problems you mentioned,so that your issue can be confirmed and solved timely.I sent the requested pictures. Here is the response:Dear customer,Thank you for your picture and specific return reason. We have submitted your return application to relevant departments for further review and inspection. Since the application review process is relatively long and cumbersome, please be patient. In order to save your time, please contact with us after 5-7 days. Wish you have a nice day.Seriously???
