After a month of back-and-forth, the support team finally replied, stating that I would have to cover the return shipping costs. If you've made a purchase, be sure to take photos and provide them to your credit card company along with the website screenshots. I ordered two knit dresses but received t-shirts that were 3D printed versions of the dresses. This situation is unbelievable. This company should be held accountable to prevent further issues for others.
