Hi, I am Jyoti a Software Engineer by profession but a Fitness Trainer by Passion.
I am playing so many roles – A Mother, a House Wife, a Daughter in law, etc in my life but one role that I love the most is of A Women Fitness Coach. I am my best when I am on the Fitness Fun Da floor in front of my FunDa Family.
It all started when the going was getting really tough and I was surrounded with a hell of a lot of responsibilities after marriage.
One day exactly on 4th June’2018 I decided, “that’s it, I want my life back”.
I trained hard, got into several certifications, and then started training Females of my neighbourhood.
Sooner I realised that Indian Females needs something different, so I started building my own dance form.
It took me a year to come up with the New Indian Recipe of Fun and Dance called “FunDa” which improves the Fitness level of an Individual.
