On the first account, when I submitted a payout request, they suddenly found a couple of minor margin violations during the first phase and banned the account, offering a refund. By the way, I had spent two months trying to pass the challenge. As expected, even the refund never came — it's been three months now.The second account was issued clean, with no restrictions. This was after the first one got banned. I traded it very carefully, with no violations, mostly swing positions. I just wanted to see what excuse they would come up with this time. But they didn’t even bother — just sent a templated decline message and stopped responding altogether.By the way, the trading platform is garbage. It constantly crashes and lags, making trading even more frustrating.Support in their Discord is useless — honestly, I’m not even sure it’s a real person. Feels like an AI bot that just keeps saying “I don’t know” and redirects you to the risk department, which (if you’re lucky) might reply in a month.Don’t make the same mistake.
