He requested a payout of $1,600, and instead of processing it, the platform denied it without a proper explanation. He verified his account, submitted all necessary documents, and adhered to every guideline they supplied. Nevertheless, the payout was refused, and support has not assisted him in understanding the reason. This kind of treatment severely undermines trust in the platform. Customer support has also been a significant letdown. Responses seem generic, lacking any genuine effort to resolve issues or investigate payout problems. Waiting days for a reply only to receive a standard message is incredibly frustrating, especially concerning financial matters. Overall, my experience with the service has been far from satisfactory. Issues with payouts, poor communication, and the handling of my friend's $1,600 denial make it difficult for me to recommend this platform to anyone. I sincerely hope they enhance their transparency and support, but until then, I would urge others to proceed with caution.
