I followed all the company's instructions and was advised to contact the support team. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly told to 'wait 7 days,' with no respect for the timeline. Each follow-up led to new excuses instead of solutions. This delay has caused significant financial issues for me, as I was relying on this payout to fulfill obligations. Being informed for weeks that my payout is 'processing' is simply unacceptable. I am still waiting for any payment.
