I had high expectations for this company, but I have faced ongoing disappointment. I requested my first payout on December 4th, and they promote a 72 business hour processing time. However, my payout was delayed for over a week until the 15th when I received an email regarding a risk and KYC interview, despite my KYC already being approved and no rules being violated. I encountered continuous delays with no updates until the 15th, even the support team mentioned they would follow up, but nothing happened. Eventually, I was told to schedule a Risk + KYC interview, which made little sense to me. I arranged it for today at 5pm CET (10am local time), balancing it with my job and other commitments. After waiting over 30 minutes in the lobby, no one joined the interview as planned. I am done with this company. I’ve given them enough chances. It's been far too long, and I am still waiting for my payout. No more excuses or interviews.
