Support is very good by emailing the support team.The Dashboard doesn't seem to update at least by the end of the trading day.Rithmic is not a very good trading platform in my opinion and appears to feel like 10 yo technology compared to even ProjectX which is only a step above rithmic. TradingView, or Ninja would be far superior.There is no Discord or similar offering at this time. As such I feel a bit removed from the company. But as I said the support team via email is very positive.
