Purchased a 100k funding option. Completed 4 trades and received funding. Met payout criteria, but it took 3 weeks to process. When I reached the payout again, I was banned without any explanation due to "security reasons." I reviewed the rules and found no violations. After appealing, the ban was upheld, but they stated they couldn't provide details for privacy reasons. Two other traders I know faced the same problem. I recommend looking for trading options elsewhere.

I was alerted that this service might be a scam. Despite this, I purchased a challenge. My stop-loss orders were configured to ensure I wouldn't hit the daily limit, and I didn’t. My account and dashboard show a balance that complies with the rules. It seems impossible that I went below the balance unless there was manipulation. However, my account was closed. No issue, my credit card company can handle chargebacks. But be cautious: this service may be a scam.

In their reply to my previous review, they are clearly being dishonest. I provided my email ticket number and account number, yet they claim they can't verify me. They are outright lying. They are violating their own terms and conditions and then stop responding to my tickets when I present evidence. For the representative responding, this is my ticket ID 9177114 and my account number 1713457. If you still can't locate it, refer to the funded traders section in the community or ask the representatives. I uploaded evidence in the ticket and the community. So please do not lie again saying you can’t verify me when you removed profits from a funded account.
