I placed a pending order of buystop and later I have cancelled that order for some reasons, but at that time your MT5 server was not working properly and did not cancelled my pending order and later on you guys suspended my Master Account which is soo terrible, You guys should not do this and reativate my master account even after your support is just giving me excuses instead of reactivating my account.
This is not just an account this is 1 year of my hard work and efforts which you guys just spoiled because of your technical issues bcz it's not about rules or any other thing it's just because if your down server.
I have purchased another account as well but I regret that Khalid is not taking any action and his team is doing this kinfa stuff with people's years of efforts.
