My experience with FundingPips has been very disappointing. I had a high level of trust in the company, but unfortunately, that trust has been broken.
My account was breached due to an alleged violation of the daily loss limit, which I strongly believe is incorrect. After my stop loss (SL) was hit, I still had approximately $200 remaining within my daily loss threshold. However, when I contacted support, they dismissed my concern and stated that their system did not respect my SL, and that the breach occurred due to floating loss.
This explanation does not make sense to me. Both my dashboard and MT5 clearly show that the trade hit the SL and was closed. If the trade was already closed, how could floating loss continue to affect the account and reach the daily limit?
I followed proper risk management and placed my SL carefully in a safe zone, yet my account was still breached. This was especially frustrating as it was my Phase 2 account, and I was very close to achieving a Master account.
I respectfully request FundingPips to investigate this matter thoroughly and, if possible, restore my account, as I believe this issue was not caused by any mistake on my part.
