I have been trading with FundingPips for almost 3 years. During this time, I have had multiple accounts fail, but I never complained or questioned their system because I always believed in taking responsibility for my own mistakes.
Yesterday morning, while trading on my Master account, my account was suddenly closed. I received an email stating that I had violated the 3% rule and that my account had been terminated.
However, the trades in question were actually opened the previous day. My account size was $25,000, and the 3% limit was $750. I was carefully monitoring my dashboard and managing my risk accordingly. I even kept a buffer of around $125 and closed all my trades to stay within the limit. Even now, my dashboard still shows a total loss of only around $625.
I tried reaching out via email but did not receive any response. then i contacted support through the website, but I kept receiving the same repeated message about the 3% rule, without any proper explanation related to my specific situation.
I also contacted support via WhatsApp. Although my messages were acknowledged, the replies felt repetitive and did not address my concerns. I even requested them to create a ticket and forward my case to the risk management team, but I kept receiving the same standard response. Honestly, it felt like I was speaking with an AI assistant rather than a real support team.
This account was very important for me, which is why I reached out to their support team for the first time. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of support I expected.
