My experience with FundingPips has been extremely frustrating and unfair. My account was permanently closed due to a wallet address issue,but the truth is, my brother added the same wallet address to his account without informing me.
I understand if his account was closed, but I did absolutely nothing wrong, yet my account was also permanently banned. No proper investigation, no fair chance to explain, just a strict decision with zero flexibility.
I contacted support multiple times and only received generic replies with no real help. It honestly feels like they don’t review cases properly.
I even tagged the CEO on X (Twitter) hoping for support, but got no response.
Very disappointing experience overall. Be extremely careful before choosing FundingPips, this has been the worst prop firm experience for me.
If you’re considering FundingPips, understand this clearly: one mistake, even if it’s not yours, can permanently cost you your account, and you may not get any real support to fix it.
