You are repeating the rules but AVOIDING the math. My MT5 logs (Account #11884394) officially show a total loss of $611.25. Your dashboard shows $752.10. Where did the extra $140.85 come from?
You claim there is no server lag, yet my logs show multiple trades opening and closing in the EXACT same second (06:41:04). This is a technical failure, not a trading mistake.
Most importantly: Why did your support team refuse to provide the Price Feeds in the email, claiming 'company policy'? If your data is accurate, show me the price ticks. Hiding the data while claiming accuracy is a total lack of transparency. I have all the screenshots and I will not stop until this math discrepancy is explained.

This is my final notice regarding the fraudulent breach of account #11884394. Your support team (Anand) is hiding behind the "Slippage" excuse, but the numbers tell a different story of data manipulation.
Here is the undeniable mathematical proof from my MT5 Trade History:
Total Realized Losses: -$1,039.00
Total Realized Profits: +$437.50
Net Loss (including fees): -$611.25
Your Dashboard claims a loss of -$752.10. There is a "Ghost Loss" of $140.85 that does not exist in the MT5 raw data.
Slippage affects the entry/exit price, which is ALREADY reflected in the MT5 logs. Slippage does NOT create a secondary $141 discrepancy between the trading terminal and your dashboard AFTER the trades are closed. This is not market volatility; this is a failure in your data synchronization or intentional manipulation of equity calculations.
Furthermore, I have logs of trades executed at the exact same second (06:41:04), proving severe server lag. I have already published these side-by-side screenshots on Trustpilot and major Prop Firm communities.
I demand an immediate manual audit by a Senior Technical Lead. If this is not resolved, I will continue to escalate this case as a warning to the entire trading community about your technical inconsistencies.
