My funded account was permanently closed due to allegations of 'copy trading.' What’s particularly troubling is that this decision was not based solely on the performance of my funded account, which had met all requirements, but rather on historical activity from an evaluation account purchased six months prior. This older account was used as a basis for the final decision, despite my current account's compliance.
The company repeatedly claimed their conclusions were derived from internal risk systems and proprietary methodologies, yet they never provided any execution-level evidence. Requests for verifiable data like IP logs or trade comparisons were declined, and no external review was permitted. The decision was simply labeled as 'final.'
Additionally, the refund process was incredibly frustrating. Although my evaluation fee refund was approved as a goodwill gesture, it took weeks to process. I had to follow up several times and received shifting timelines, with generic responses indicating the refund was 'queued' or in 'final processing,' lacking clear accountability.
Overall, the experience was marked by a lack of transparency, consistency, and proper dispute resolution. I am sharing this review to inform other traders about how compliance decisions and refunds might be managed. Update:
After approximately twenty-five days, I finally received my fee refund. However, the company attempted to justify their stance by making baseless allegations against me.
This approach is entirely inappropriate. Making repeated accusations without concrete evidence does not prove those claims. Instead, it highlights the company’s inability to support their narrative with facts.
This situation resembles public accusations lacking proof—such claims hold no credibility without verifiable evidence. So far, the company has not presented any documentation to back their allegations. Mere statements do not equate to proof.
I firmly reject these unfounded claims and consider this matter unresolved until the company provides clear, objective, and documented evidence. Professional conduct requires transparency and accountability, not a barrage of unsupported accusations.
