First loan was fantastic couldn't fault them we paid them back on time every time and then went for our second loan that is when disaster struck.They wanted information about our home loan for a $2000 loan which is fine I can go with that but when given the information that was available on the app and it was the latest information that was available on the app they have kept telling me it was out of date.I could not produce any more information than what is on the app for the home loan. this was not good enough for them. I'm seriously disappointed in this company and i will be telling every single person I can about my experience. So to be knocked back a loan because information is out of date even though it is the most recent statements available therefore not being able to get a loan for information that is impossible to get, In all honesty Home loan information for a $2000 loan is kind of ridiculous especially after we paid the first loan back on time every time
