I have spent nearly 50,000 on this case and I’ve gotten nothing back in return. The hey are not upfront about their processes and there’s a lack of transparency. They have even pulled their live agent from contacting me. They had to change agents for me as they claimed one of their agents was also a scammer. Can you imagine that? The person who claims to be helpful and truthful turns out to be a scammer and the organisation does absolutely no service recovery.Not sure how this case will pan out but definitely do not recommend them at this juncture
