Poor communication regarding order status

I ordered some mixers and haven’t received any updates on delivery. The order is still marked as unfulfilled on the website. Ironically, I got an email after placing my order urging me to order now for Christmas delivery.

Order number 34458 has not been received. The courier informed us that it is being returned. I've sent multiple emails, but there's no phone line to reach anyone. I'm quite dissatisfied after paying over £40 without receiving my order.
