I instructed my daughter not to open the package until Christmas morning, intending to surprise her with a small gift from her parents. I ordered four items, but when the box was opened, only three were inside. Her children and husband received gifts, while my daughter received nothing. I was heartbroken. I will not use this service again, as they only offered a refund or an extremely delayed delivery. Very disappointed. Never again.
