Disappointing experience with missing items

I ordered individual chocolate items and paid extra for timely delivery for Christmas. I instructed my daughter not to open it until Christmas morning, hoping to give her a small surprise gift. I ordered four items, but when the box was opened, only three were inside. Her family received gifts, but my daughter got nothing, which left me heartbroken. I would never choose this service again. They only offered a refund or a very late delivery. I am extremely disappointed. Never again.
