We were subscribed to funnelkit for a year and was recently rebill again. Although there is partial fault from us to not initiate the rebill cancellation, the internal team has no intention to make it right plus we were charged $599 for the highest plan when we were intially subscribed for $299.Current new users are still being offered the cyber monday promotion at $299 but existing users are being charged the highest original price of $599. That goes to show how much they care about existing users. Will be doing a charge back as they are not responding to my emails.Extremely unprofessional company. Updated: They at least refunded $299 back to match the price of the new user.
