Due to a technical issue, I lost access to the funds on my account as a buyer.Reason:When enabling two-factor authentication via TOTP, they do not provide backup codes. When I lost access to my TOTP app, I couldn’t reset it through the website. I had to contact support, where, in the name of “fraud prevention,” they asked me to send a photo of my INTERNET CARD against the background of my screen — even though I only needed to reset the TOTP code.Since I can’t provide a photo of my internet card, I offered instead to send $0.50 from the crypto wallet I previously used for payments to prove that I’m the legitimate owner.At the same time, I still have access to my email and I’m logged into the account, but I can’t make any purchases because TOTP is required — and there’s a $35 balance stuck on the account.Additionally, support responds with at least a 2-day delay, which makes resolving the issue even harder.Update:After a week of talking to support, they couldn't restore my TOTP and simply deleted my account. They probably wrote the reason for the deletion in a reply to a support ticket, which I couldn't read because they deleted the account with access to that ticket...
