Just woukd like to say i like these apps until I downloaded funzcity. I paid for a coun package and about 3 to 4 days later I received a promotional email and I won up to 100 sweep.coins to redeem. I have several games I play and got confused , but anyways I contacted support and was trying to see the issue which was explained about the promotional email . No problem , but the issue I have is since I complained about a misunderstanding that I have had , no I have found that funzrise , funcity , no limit coins , tao fortune, storm rush , and may also be a few others , but they are all operated by the same company. But since the complaint i made even a complaint on funz city about a pop up that pop uos on the screen when your playing the game and it pops up at exactly the time you tuned to stop the reels. When this pop up is on screen you can not tap anything until the pop up goes away on its own. But the biggest issue I have is since making the complaint now on all the games I named I go into them and I have new terms I have to accept and daily coins I have that I can not use. I guess it's punishment for the complaint. So if you have a issue do not contact support even tho that is what they are there for. To help you incase you had a misunderstanding. Read the terms wrong or even didnt read the terms at all. Also the company is A-1 development , i have recently deleted all these apps cause it is just childish to treat a customer this way after a simply complaint. Plus they expect you to read 1 million pages of terms that only help them deceive you as a player. And as far as promotional emails and freeways I woukd stay away from them. Not only do you not receive all the winnings if u win from free plays. Example- I win 20 sweep coins and only receive 5 and let's say you switch games and hit a bonus and this continues until you reach a redeemable balance you will only receive 25 bucks. But that is not the issue I have , like I said I have a simply misunderstanding. But again it's the childishness that I receive issue from all of their platforms and this is whybi decide to make this reveiw. Take it as you will. I'm sure they follow there rules great. But people do have misunderstandings and to punish them and act this way is uncalled for.
