If I could, I would rate this even lower! I won $2000, but their system prevented me from cashing out until my balance dropped to $300. Only then was I able to verify and redeem that amount. When I checked the status of my cash out, I found my account deactivated and my deposit on hold until I provided my ID and a selfie. After doing so, they released the $300 and reopened my account, but when I raised concerns about the error messages while trying to redeem my $2000, they showed no concern for their system issues. This all took place on December 31st, and despite multiple requests to speak with a supervisor, I received no response. They did, however, credit me $5 for free play, which I didn't win anything with. I strongly advise caution when playing here; they seem reluctant to pay out large sums, and the customer service is disappointing!
