My blanket came and was printed the wrong way so part of my pets names were cut off. Before I could say anything I received an E-mail from them letting me now that they knew there was a mistake and a new blanket had already been made and was on the way. I was so pleased with their service. My blanket is so soft and comfortable too!I would strongly recommend this company.
