There is no customer service number, which is super inconvenient for the working person's. I have emailed with no response, my shoes I ordered is later than the company promised with us unprofessional considering it was a birthday present and zero communication on the companies part. Also if you cannot get a refund, there needs to be availability for immediate assistance. Customer service is lacking all around the board. I will tell all my friends on social media and in person the very big displeasure and experience I have had. P.s. still waiting on my shoe order...and still no email reply
