Very poor service. Contacted them by phone for a hole in my sofa, they promised to send out a claim form by post. It never arrived,,,,So printed off a claim form on-line along with copies of all the necessary documentation they require. This was sent recorded delivery. Once again they have ignored this, no contact by letter, email or phone. My next course of action will be to take legal action, as they are only down the road from me at Milton park, Didcot.Avoid at all costs!!
