Guardsman were fab fab fab.Called regarding a stain on my sofa, spoke to an adviser who arranged claim forms to be sent to me asap.Came within the next couple days, filled out and sent back and received a call from technician to arrange a day for work to be done.Came promptly, and removed the stain with ease, looks brand new!!Would highly recommend.
