I ordered my beds 12/7/2020. They still have not arrived. I have contacted the company multiple times via email, chat and phone and this is the canned response I receive:“I’m really sorry for the delay.I checked on your order and saw that it is currently being prepared for shipment. You will receive another email notification with the tracking number once this has been shipped.”
