The internet provided did not cover the house. The customer service takes 20 minutes to respond even though the sales team picks up instantly. They also had us backdate the payments even though we only needed bills from September onwards we had to pay for June and July. Fused is amazing at selling you their product, but once you’ve paid, they hold you hostage with long customer service wait times and a 100 quid early exit fee.
