I sent several messages to inquire on status but never received any response. Trying to register the purchase was a challenge due to web site instability. Once the product pick down list is in random order (lack of customer concern, how difficult is it to sort this list?). If you offer a pull-down list, all products should be listed or wording changed ( such as 128 G changed to "all G" or "128-512 G". 12/17/25 Update by purchaser Cliff. Raised from 3 to 4 start because of response. Having developed SW from 1962-2002 (including the GPS control system), I appreciated the challenges. Today there is much too much pressure by management to get "something out" regardless of the strong warnings from the technical team about being not ready (remember the Challenger explosion).
